Last week the recipe I shared called for coriander and cumin. i must admit that they were two spices that had never gutted my cup- board. I went out and bought them especially for the fajitas. Since then, 1 have Teamed that coriander -symbolizes -hidden "-worth and is used in such things as wieners as well as chills and cur- ries. Both the seeds and leaves of the plant are used. Cumin was the symbol of greed to the ancient Greeks and its seeds are used in a wide variety of Mexican foods as well as in Indian curries.
