their 1991 Annual meeting.

Valentine's Dinner at
Lucan's Parkview Place
LUCAN - The residents of the
Lucan Lions Parkview Place .cele-
brated an early Valentine's Day on
February 10, with a potluck supper.
The common room was nicely
decorated in the hearts and flowers
motif, and a good variety of food
was consumed. The birthday peo-
ple of the month were Josephine
Clubb, Mildred Hirtzcl and Helen
Dauncey. The conveners were Shir-
fey Mason, Florence Huffman,
Josephine Clubb and Marion Co-
chrane.
The remainder of the evening
was spent in a very interesting arm
chair tour of Europe, provided ,by
Marj Park.

ANNUAL MEETING
The annual meeting of the policyholders of the Osborne & Hib-
bert Mutual Fire Insurance Company will be held in the Kirkton-
Woodharo Community Centre at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, Febru-
ary 24, 1992 to receive and dispose of the Financial and Audi-
tor's Reports; to elect Directors and to transact any _business
that may rightly come before the meeting.
Nominations will be received for the election of two Directors for
a three year term. The Directors whose term of office expires
are Lloyd Morrison and Joseph Ghaffe, both of whom are eligi-
ble for re-election.
