He also spoke of the late Franco-Prussian war, attributing the victory of the Prussians over the French to, education. He also spoke of the great change in the political world, that the late government of Sir A.. had to succumb to others. . Dempsey takes great interest in education, and has never failed to at- tend our examine tions for the last six years.
