Crediton United Church holds
annual congregational meeting
CREDJTON - in his minister's re-
port to the annual congregational
meeting of , Crediton United
Church, Monday night, Rev. Ed
is said one of the most im-
portan things a church provides is
a place to worship.
key. Laksmanis said, `A lot of
people argue that you can be a
Christian without going to church
and can worship God as well on a
golf course or by a lake. Perhaps
you can, but we rseely do. In public
worship we can experience God's
focused presence. It provides a con-
nection vilth the best traditions of
the church across centuries."
