LUCAN - For the Exctcr Hawks.
13 isn't an unlucky number.
Friday night they beat tic Noting
Lucan Irish 6-4 in OHA Develop-
nient League action to win their
13th game.oLihe season.
From the opening faccoff this
battle was a pthysical one, dominat-
ed by the }lawks ability to hit -and -
'run, keeping the Lucan offense off
balance.
Although ,the Irish scored less
than two minutes into the gaine and
had a 3-2 lead at the end of the first
period, the Hawks took control el.

"That was the plan. to go outand
knock these guys around and take
control," said Hawks' centre Scott
Schiedel who had a pair of goals.
"It was our game plan to take the
body right from the beginning,"
