Once upon a time there was a
reindeer with a red nose. All the
reindeer laughed at him. They
wouldn't let him play any reindeer
games, because they had black nos-
es. Then Santa came to say, "Ru-
dolph, with your nose so bright,
won't you guide my sleigh tonight."
Then all the reindeer loved him.
The next day all the reindeer all
said, "You will go down in histo-
ry."
And the Angel said unto them,
Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings
of great joy, which shall be to all people.
For unto you is born this day in the city
of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord.

Snowy Saves
Christmas
Kristina Van Sas
Biddulph Central P.S.
Once there was a Polar Bear
named Snowy. Snowy lived in a
cave with his family at the North
Pole where Santa lived. One day as
Snowy was waking he noticed that
Santa's sleigh was missing. Snowy
ran to Santa's castle.
"Santa, Santa!" Snowy ex-
claimed. "Someone has taken your
sleigh. What should we do? Christ-
mas is in three days."
"Snowy are you sure that some-
one has taken by sleigh?"
"Yes, I am sure Santa I am sure
someone has taken your sleigh."
"Snowy, round up all my elves
and bring them here."
"Yes, Santa right away."
Snowy called all of the elves to-
gether and Santa told them what
had happened..
"Oh Santa", said one of the elves,
'What are we going to do? What
are we going to do?"
Santa tried to calm his elves by
sending them out to find clues.
"Snowy," Santa said, "you go and
ask my reindeer if they have seen
anyone peculiar."
So Snowy set off to ask the rein-
deer some questions. Snowy asked
Vixen if he had seen anyone, but
Vixen did not see anyone. Next
Snowy asked Prancer the same
question as he had asked Vixen, but
again no one had seen anyone. Af-
ter Snowy asked all of Santa's rein-
deer if they had seen anyone.
Snowy noticed footprints in the
snow and sleigh tracks also. Snowy
followed them to the Grinch's cave.
Snowy looked in the cave and saw
Santa's sleigh.
Snowy ran back to Santa's castle
and told Santa he had found Santa's
sleigh. So Santa and Snowy and
also all of Santa's reindeer went to
the Grinch's cave. Santa, Snowy
and the reindeer walked into the
cave when all of a sudden the
Grinch jumped out at them.
"What are you doing here?"
snapped the Grinch.

"What are you doing with Santa's
sleigh?" Snowy asked.
"Why should everyone be happy
at Christmas and not me?" asked
the Grinch.
"No one said you could not be
happy at this festive time of the
year. Why are you so upset?" Santa
asked.
"The reason I am so upset is be-
cause nobody ever gave me a
present for my birthday or Christ-
mas," said the Grinch sadly.
"Well if you let me have my
sleigh back you may have a sur-
prise on Christmas Day," said San-
ta.
So the Grinch gave back Santa's
sleigh and on Christmas morning
the Grinch found a big surprise un-
der his tree.
Why Did The Star
Shine?
Jena Darling
Exeter P.S.
Long ago in a small town a girl
named Mary was told by an angel
that she was going to have the
Lord's child. So for the next while
she was so happy. The next night
another angel visited a man named
Joseph. He was told he would be
the father of the Lord's child and to
name him Jesus.
The next week they met each oth-
er and Joseph told her he had to go
to Bethlehem to pay taxes. So Mary
said that she would go too. On the
way Mary was tired and felt like
she was going to have the baby
soon. So they got a donkey to ride.
When they got there they looked
for a place to stay but there wasn't
any place to stay. But they came to
one man who had a stable they
could stay in.
So they stayed there. Mary had
the baby that night and a big bright
star shone above the stable so the
shepherds and wise men could find
them.
Jesus grew up big and strong and
he was nice and healthy. Mary and
Joseph became husband and wife
and were very proud of him.
The End.

mouse. The stockings were hung by
the chimney with care and hope
that Saint Nick would soon be

Saint Nick would not be coming, so
he hurried and got his Santa's suit
and put it on and went out the door,
Bang! He got in his little car and
went to the North Pole. By the time
he got there it was four o'clock at
night. He said, "Santa I'm here to
take your sled and reindeer around
since you're not going! "What!
What do you mean - I'm not going?
Well, it said on the news that...
Santa is sick so he can't go! The
mouse explained. But I am going,
said Santa. The mouse said "Oh!
Then this means I have to go back
home? No, you can come with me!
said Santa. And then they went
around the world.
and..." "Who?" said Jingles. "Ru-

asked Rudolph. Rudolph confessed
that he was taking drugs. Nobody
in the North Pole ever took drugs
again.
