The locals dominated the middle frame, but Pt. Stanley capitalized on near- ly every good opportunity. They scored three times on just six shots, including a shorthanded tally. Cousineau notched his second of the night from Cornish and Barton to bring Exeter to within two, but that was as close as they would come. Paul Manders rounded out the scoring for the Hawks. Exeter will next see action Friday night at home against Alvinston, and will then travel to Mt. Brydges Saturday evening when they lace up against the Bulldogs. Last time the two clubs met, the Hawks took out some frustration with an 11-1 victory.
