The Scott Hasselback Memorial Award was presented to Ar-
nold and Ann Martens of Crediton by Exeter and Area Minor
Soccer president Martin DeBruyn (left). This award is given to
a person or people who show sportsmanship and dedication
to the game of soccer in Exeter and area.
Wright reunion takes

KIRKTON - About 50 people at-
tended the 35th Wright Reunion at
the Kirkton-Woodham Community
Centre recently.
The president, Gordon Wright,
greeted everyone. Doris Jeffery act-
ed as secretary in the absence of
. tarabelle Reichert.
The 1992 reunion will be held at
the same place August 9. Gordon
Wright, Alliston continues to be
president and Laurabelle Reichert
secretary. Sports commiuee is Alex
Wright and family, Toronto. A mo-
ment of silence was held in memo-
ry of Charles Baillie.
The oldest person attending was
Gordon Wright, Alliston. The
youngest was John Wright, son of
James and Brenda Wright, Kippen.
Gord Chambers and Gwen Dal-
ton were winners of a baby game
conducted by Jim and Mary Ross.
A word game was won by Margaret
Jordan, Judy Jeffery - Chambers
and Wesley Wright. Judy Jeffery -
Chambers and Jonathon Wright
tied in guessing jelly beans in a jar.
Winners of childrens races con-
ducted by Joanne Ross were: Races
under 5, Matthew Ross, Rebecca
Wright, Alexander May. 5 - 7 Mark
Ross, Laura Wright and Jacob
May. 8 - 11 Jenny Ross.

FRENCH LANGUAGE REPRESENTATIVES
LAMBTON COUNTY ROMAN CATHOLIC
SEPARATE SCHOOL BOARD
LAMBTON COUNTY BOARD OF EDUCATION.
Nominations will be received by the undersigned for French
Language Representatives who are to be elected at Targe to
represent Lambton County. There are three •(3) representatives
to be elected for the Lambton County Board of Education and
three (3) representatives to be elected for the Lambton County
Roman Catholic Separate School Board, for a term of three (3)
years to commence on the 1st day of December, 1991.
Persons may be nominated as candidates in the 1991 munici-
pal election between 9:00 a.rn. and 5:00 p.m. on nomination
day, Friday, October 11th, 1991, but nothing in this section pre-
vents a person from filing a nomination paper with the Clerk
during normal office hours during the period from Tuesday to
Thursday inclusive, immediately preceding nomination day.
Nominations must be submitted on forms available at the Mu-
nicipal Office.
And further take notice that where the number of candidates for
an office who are nominated at the end of nomination day Is not
sufficient to fill the number of vacancies to which candidates
may be elected, Subsection 1 of Section 40 respecting accla-
mation applies to those candidates and, on the Wednesday fol-
lowing nomination day, October 16th, 1991, the Clerk may, be-
tween the hours of 9 o'clock in the forenoon and 5 o'clock in the
afternoon, receive and certify additional nominations for the re-
maining vacancies In the office In respect of which there was an
insufficient number of candidates.
