110W CAN 1 PLAN FOR FUNERAL COSTS?
Funeral services, like all professional services, cost money.
But unlike some other services, funeral costs may have to be
paid unexpectedly. For this reason, we recommend pre-
planning for funerals as a means to eliminate some of that
unpredictability.
Pre -planning a funeral need cost you nothing, if you wish.
Simply take an hour or so to talk with us about your wishes.
They will be recorded: you keep a copy, and so do we.
If you do wish to plan in adva ce for funeral costs, we can tell
you how to set up a trust f at a bank in conjunction with
your plans for services. In his way, you and your family need
not worry about how to pay funeral costs when they arise.
Furthermore, the trust fund accrues interest which helps to
offset the possibilities of higher funeral costs later on due to
inflation.
We welcome your questions and comments on pre -planning
or any other aspect of funeral service, and we will answer
them in private or publicly through this column.
