Forthcoming marriage - Shar-

nounce the forthcoming mar-
riage of their children, Starr
Christine and Todd William.
The wedding will take place
at Hensall United Church,
Saturday, September 14,
1991 at 3:00 p.m. Closed re-
ception to follow in London.
It was back to school for students of South. Huron Tuesday as summer holidays came to an
end.
Memer - Consitt
Lori Lynne Consitt and Rodney Paul Merner were united in
marriage August 10, 1991 in Brucefield United Church, Bruce -
field, Ontario. Rev. Don Robinson officiated. Lori is the daugh-
ter of Tom and Barb Consitt, Varna, Ontario and Rod Is the
son of Garry and Maxine Memer, Clinton, Ontario. The matron
of honour was Cheryl Hesselwood, friend of the bride. Brides-
maids were Brenda Consitt, sister-in-law of the bride, Lisa De=
Putter, friend of the bride, Elaine Armstrong, sister of the
groom and Julie Consitt, cousin of the bride. The best man
was Brad Hesselwood, friend of the groom. Ushers were Scott
Consitt, brother of the bride, Dan Merner, brother of the
groom, Paul Consitt, brother of the bride and Gerry McGregor,
friend of the groom. Flowergirls were Stacey Consitt, niece of
the bride and Stacey Middleton, niece of the groom. After a re-
ception at the Stanley Township Community Centre, Varna,
Ontario, the couple honeymooned in the United States and
now reside in Clinton, Ontario.

man, of London, vacationed last
week with his great-aunt and uncle,
Lorne and Dorothy Fenner.
Weekend visitors with Pat and
Jake Schroeder were cousins Bob
and Charlene Meininger, of Port-
land, Maine, and Charlene's sister
and husband, Ann and Ernest San -
term, of Millinockit, Maine.
Sandra and Tony Regier, Chris,
Heather and Jill, of Mount Cle-
mens, Michigan, spent the weekend
in Canada at their cottage and also
visited Sandra's father, Ken Baker.
Recent visitors with Hugh and I
were Ross and Isobel McDonald, of
Nanoose Bay, Vancouver Island,
B.C. We first met the McDonald's
in 1981, when Isobel was teaching
our granddaughter, Persephone, in
kindergarten. The McDonalds were
up to Ontario to attend a 50th wed-
ding anniversary of friends in Till-
sonburg and visiting relatives in
Goderich and Kincardine.
Ken Baker attended the open
house 80th birthday party, Sunday,
for his cousin, Greta Luther.

Howard Dell, who spent the winter
on the entertainment circuit in Los
Angeles, is back in Canada and
signed a contract to play football
again with the Toronto Argonauts.
