Exeter Public Utilities Commission
The Utility has a customer that uses large quanti-
ties of water for processing vegetables. Normally,
one type of vegetable is processed prior to the sec-
ond crop of vegetables maturing for processing.
This year these crop will overlap for the period Of
July 24th to August 13ttl,- period& approximately
three weeks
During this period, the Commission is revising the
water restriction period for residential customers
as follows:
Effective July 24.0
until August 13th
West side of Main Street
Monday, Wednesday and Friday
7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
East side of Main Street
Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday
7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Your co-operation will be appreciated and following

After losing to Exeter, the Credi-
ton team showed a very strong
team effort Monday night defeating
Mitchell in six innings.
After a close two innings, the
home team pounded out eight hits
in the third to bring in four runs and
then_in fourth, crossed the plate
five times. Three runs scored in the
fifth and then Crediton took the
game out of reach in the sixth after
they tallied four more runs.
Deb Lord and Carol Windsor
were the star performers for the
night going five for five at bat with
some nice placed hits.
