At last week's Youths Bowling Banquet in Zurich he was presented with- a plaque as one of the League's champs. Cliff and Velma Russell of Dash- wood arrived home after wintering in Florida. On Sunday, April 28, all their family and grandchildren arrived with the ingredients for a surprise dinner. Fifteen ladies returned to Betty Riddell's home to play bridge. The prize for the highest single score for one evening was won by Al- dene Wolfe with 6,220. The yearly prizes went to Aldene Wolfe for highest total, second to Rita Chan- dler. Bridge will resume September 26. The Western Ontario Funeral As- sociation held the annual banquet at the Ramada Inn, London, Wednes- day, May 8. Jim Hoffman was elected President. Terry and Sharon Romphf held a barbecue Saturday evening at their new building lot on Emla street. Present were members of the Fire Department, friends and neigh- bours.
