The flowers will float down Ausable River in Exeter on May 11. Child Find wants Huron chapter EXETER - Child Find (Ontario) Inc. is in the process of establishing a chapter office in Huron County. Child Find is a registered, non- profit, charitable organization which assists in the location of missing' children and also provides awareness and education programs for both children and adults. Child Find is a national organization and was esta- blished in 1983. Ontario is the larg- est provincial branch, with eight chapters throughout the province. Casework involving missing chil- dren is handled through the provin- cial headquarters located in Oakville. Volunteers at the chapter level be- , come involved in the pro -active Staffa by Roberta Templeman STAFFA - Joyce Vivian presided for the annual meeting of the Staffa Womens Institute held in the town- ship hall on Wednesday evening at 7:30 p.m. The meeting opened with the Institute Ode and Mary Stewart Collect. There were 11 members present and roll call was answered by pay- ment of fees and a written sugges- tion for next year's program. A local Exeter resident, Carol Darling, has expressed an interest in developing a chapter for Huron County. Working with the police department, Carol is currently ac- cepting volunteer applications for her area. EXETER - Rehearsals have been underway since January for this yea's production of Fame at South Huron D.H.S. Glenda Burrell, di- rector and drama teacher says that countless hours of preparation go into a production of this magnitude. Moreover, the personal commit- ment of those involved is of utmost importance if the undertaking is to be a success. Burrell said she is extremely pleased with the group of young people with whom she is working this year.
