"We have a very serious erosion problem that should have been tak- en care of," said Uniac. He noted the society realize they have to work with nature when do- ing cleanup. "We are going to have our own Earth Day cleanup in the village," said Uniac. The society also is going to be doing improvements to the Walker Drain and the north bank of the riv- er. Uniac said local landscaping companies are not at all upset with the society's work. "None of them thought we'd be stepping on anyone's toes," he said.
