NOTICE TO Exeter Public Utilities Commission Water Customers Although the Water Department of the Exeter Public Utilities Commission is experiencing increases in labour, material costs, etc., in 1991 the Commission is aware that the custom- ers have had to boar a number of increases in expenses in- curred by increases in electricity, sewage surcharge and G.S.T. that have affected billings for 1991. While the Commission plans to continue its program of up- grading water main in the north east area of the Town of Exet- er, they have decided that they will not increase the water rates in 1991, unless some unforeseen project compels them to after their plans.
