The Township will not be d espo ibis for any damage done to these vehicles. Also the residents are asked to co-operate by not pushing or dumping snow or ice out of private driveways onto public roads as this practice could lead to an accident, in the event of which ratepayer concerned could be held liable. Superintendent Revision of Rates for the Town of Exeter The Exeter Public Utilities Commission has been advised by On- tario Hydro that it will be adjusting the wholesale rate to the Com- mission by 6.9% effective January 1, 1990. Due to the increase in the cost of electricity from Ontario Hydro, increases in the cost of material and extensive alterations to over- head hydro lines that is planned for 1990, the retail rates to the customers of the Commission will increase by 7.76 percent. This adjustment will increase a monthly residential bill, with a con- sumption of 1000 kilowatt hours by $5.02.
