Appleton of Exeter in his 97th year. Loved husband of the late Annie (Pile) Appleton (1975); dear father of Mrs. Percy Noels (Jean) of Exeter, dear grandfather of Dalton and Phyllis Noels of Crediton, Marlene and Peter Hagl of Philadelphia, Dwight and Debbie Noels of Woddstock, Ruth and David Robinson of RR 1, St. Marys. Also surviving are 9 great- grandchildren and 1 great -great- grandchild.
