GRAND BEND - Welcome back
4-H fans! Fasten your scat belts,
we're now entering "The Green
Zone." Meeting four of the 4-11
Club "Let's Landscape" was held at
Sue McKay's home on Thursday,
June 22. the Sodbusters met to
learn how and when to plant Utes,
shrubs and other plants.
The meeting opened with the 4-11
pledge, roll call and discussion of
the achievement night, where they
would make their first live perfor-
mance. After reading the lesson on
tree planting, they ventured outside
to observe various types of soil and
drainage, an experiment done quick-
ly, since the mosquitoes were tak-
ing their toll. Inside, the discussion
continued about watering, staking,
landscaping tools and preparation
for winter.

and a difficult game to play on the
we; field especially hard on the
goalies who came up with some
good saves on both sides and some
bad breaks with the slippery ball.
In the second half Exeter domi-
nated the play. Souban Inlakhand
played a very good game and came
up with three goals. Joel Camp-
bell and Sivichay Sengkhounmany
as always played a strong game.
Goals were scored by Souband
with three, Campbell with two and
Sivichay, Brad Skirten and Craig
Hern each scoring one.
