The Ausable Bayfield Conservation Authority is looking for an
energetic individual for the full-time position of Planning Techni-
cian. The Planning Technician will be responsible to the Plan-
ning Supervisor and shall assist with -the implementation of Fill,
Construction and Alteration to Waterways Regulation, municipal
plan review, field surveying, and the general drafting require-
ments of the Authority.
Qualifications
- A degree from an accredited university or community college in
geography, environmental studies or planning.
- An ability to write and communicate effectively with a wide varie-
ty of individuals and groups
- Knowledge and experience in physical geography, resources
management principles and the municipal plan review process.
SALARY
$19,951 - $25,462
Commensurate with academic achievement and experience.
