Denfield 14-0
EXETER - The Exeter Greys
won their fourth game without a
loss last Tuesday night when they
blanked Denfield Devilettes 14-0 in
a South Perth League game played
in Exeter.
Patti Down pitched the entire
.game for the winners, allowing
just a single hit, striking out 12
and she didn't walk anyone.
Sandi Fremlin led the Exeter of-
fence with three triples, Sandra
Burns had a home run and two sin-
gles and Gayle Beuerman had a
triple and a pair of singles.
The Greys were scheduled to play
Mitchell in Exeter yesterday, Tues-
day evening. Their next game is
Tuesday night when they will play
host to Sebringville at 9 p.m.

tie Coldstream
GRAND BEND - The Grand Bend
Squirts played in Coldstream and
pulled into a 2-0 lead in the first
half with Sean Maguire and Peter
Mennen scoring the•Grand Bend
goals.
The second half was a case of
missed opportunities for Grand
Bend and hitting up in the end re-
sulting in Coldstream coming back
with two unanswered goals result-
ing in a 2-2 tie.
The Grand Bend Atoms had a
problem with scheduling which re-
sulted in no game. Monday they arc
home to Arva and next Monday,
June 19 they are home to Ildcrton.
The Mosquitos had a bad week,
dropping the Tuesday night game to
Parkhill 4-1 with Simon Desjardinc
scoring the only goal for the locals.
They lost Wednesday's gatfie to
st. Columbian 12-2 with Desjardine
being the only marksman for Grand
Bend again:
The PeeWces played host to Exet-
er being a good host and dropped
this game 9-0. Tuesday they played
in Ilderton.
The Bantams played Ilderton last
Monday and had better luck losing
5-1.
