Panthers wind up season
By Michelle Ellison
EXETER - South'Huron District
High School's Girls' Soccer team
ended their season last Monday after
meeting Norwell for a regular -
season home game, and ended ticd
1.1.
The Panthers worked hard against
their aggressive opponents, control-
ling much of the play. Norwell '
took the lead in the first half of
play but the Panthers came back
when Tina Campbell 'scored on a
penalty shot.
Unfortunately the PantlieYs
couldn't take the lead and the game
ended in a 1-1 draw.
Despite having quite a successful
season, the Panthers missed the sec-
ond spot in Huron -Perth by one
point to St. Michael's of Stratford,
and were not able to make'post-
scason play.
