Sr. Panthers
claim pair
of soccer wins

EXETER - South Huron District
High School's senior Boys' Soccer
team claimed two victories in
league games against Norwell and
Listowel, this week.
On Monday, the Panthers took an
easy 5-3 victory over Norwell. The
Panthers controlled the midfield and
beat their opponents to the ball. A
couple of defensive lapses gave
Norwell three goals.
Scoring for the Panthers were
Scott Davidson with two, and Chris
Chanyi, Jeff DenOtter and Chris
Haugh with one each.
Wednesday brought another win
in league play over Listowel.
Goals were scored by Champagne
Chansamone and Haugh to give the
Panthers thc 2-0 victory with /hilt,
difficulty.
Coach George McEwan felt plays
were developed well and his team
played good, solid soccer.
Randy McDonald recorded the
shutout for the winners.
