A chart of Canada's Food Guide and a map were used to support this idea. The roll call "Name a Canadian food product and tell where it is processed" was answered by 16 members and two visitors. The District Annual will be held May 18 in the First Presbyterian Church, Seaforth. Dashwood ladies are in chargre of Pennies for Friendship. Pres. Katherine Becker announced the Quilt Show to be held at the Grand Bend Museum. The A.C.W. meeting is planned for Tuesday evening at 8 p.m,. at the home of Mary Jefferies, and the juniors who had planned on clean up day were invited to the rectory due to the cold weather. Tom and I entertained our family at dinner on Sunday when Clayton was celebrating his birthday. A skit called "You Can Take This Job and Love It" was presented showing how the love of a child makes being a parent something special Each convener told of their work in their department. Guests from Waterloo, Toronto, St. Thomas, London, Wyoming, Detroit, Grand Bend, Ilderton, Dash- wood and Exeter attended the Boyle - Smith wedding Saturday, May 6. Trevor and Wendy were married in the Exeter United Church. Rev. Richard Hawley officiated. Matron of honour was JoAnn Brown, bridesmaids were Maria Giamps, Julie Smith and Jayne Boyle. Best man was Douglas Brenner; ushers were Dean Boyle, Brian Smith and David Hayter. The bridds parents are Russ and Doreen Smith, Water- loo and the grooms parents are Hugh and Bernice Boyle.
