Clean up
EXETER - Friday students from
South Huron District High School
-will converge on Exeter to clean up
as much litter as they can in one
hour. This repeat of last year's very
successful Exeter Clean -Up will
hopefully result in the accumula-
tion of more than 800 kg. of
trash...last year's total.
Teams of five students, along
with a staff supervisor, will be in
most areas of the town. They will
happily and carefully, remove any
loose lilted from your property.
Bagged garbage is out of bounds.
Organizers hope this campaign
will be a good kick off for Educa-
tion Week which runs from April
24-28. Last year, the students did
such a great job and collected so
much more trash than expected, that
the Town of Exeter has volunteered
a vehicle to transport collected trash
from remote parts of town.
