EXETER - The Exeter Petite
Ringette team was coached by Mi-
chele Hodgert, Doug (Rambo) Min-
ers and Alan Hodgert this season.
Players were: Jana Webster (goal),
Cara Gardner, Amy Edwards, Da-
nielle Miners (captain), Jo -Dee
Rowe, Heather Davies, Sonya Law-
rence, Teresa Stire, Judi Wilson,
Leeann Foster and Cheryl Wein.
The team played 35 games over
the 20 -week season. Two tourna-
ments were entered, one in Goderich
Lucan bowling scores

the gold in Stratford, but failed to
get a medal in Goderich.
The regular season for the Petites
was an undefeated one with the lo-
cals winning 12 and tying only
two.
The playoffs for the Huron -Perth
Championship ended in clean sweep
wins for Exeter over the six games.
The Western region finals found
the local Petites winning three and
losing two. A bronze medal was
given as the girls' reward.
At the Ringette banquet Aprlt to
the girls were honoured, as a team,
for their efforts, where Ironwood
Golf Club donated trophies for the
Petites.
Great support from parents, rela-
tives 'and friends helped the team
throughout their season.
