Edwards wins - Trevor Edwards of Team Circus was a big winner
in recent snowmobile races at Waterdown.
Stephen Tykes edged by Hensall
HENSALL - The Stephen Town-
ship -Tykes Hockey team were beat-
en by Hensall, in 'league play, in
Hensall Saturday. afternoon, a 10-9
shootout.
Hensall led 2-1 after the opening
period with Shawn Stucklcs netting
the first goal of the game for the
Stephen Township Tykes.
Hensall outscored Stephen 5-4 in
the second period. Stucklcs got an-
other pair for Stephen and Barry Ed-
wards and Kevin •I•hompson scored
the other single goals.
Stucklcs tallied four more times
in the final period to give him sev-
• en in the game but the. Stephen
Tykes still fell one goal short.
Goal scorers for Hensall were not
available.
Robbie Connors was the losing
goalie. • .
The loss drops Stephen's record
in league play to 11-2.
