LUCAN - February 19 to 26,
1989 was Scout, Guide week when
members of the world wide organi-
zation think of their founders Lord
and Lady Baden-Powell.
Lucan Scouting held their third
annual hobo supper February 23 at
Lucan Scout Guide Hall as part of
their celebration. Although sunny
through the day it was -definitely
"chili' in the evening as family and
friends enjoyed their choice of hobo
fair.
To keep in the spirit of the occa-
sion the hall was decorated by the
Beavers with train cars and bean
• cans.
Sunday, February 26 members. of
scouting and guiding, leaders, group
committee and friends met at the
Committee Centre for a thinking
