home from the sunny south on Sat-
urday after having been away for
four weeks.

ty called at the Hopper Hockey Fu-
neral Home on Wednesday where
they paid their respect to the late
Shirley Brintnell. Sympathy is ex-
tended to her mother, husband,
daughter and son and other relatives.

Brother Bob's bingo
returns to Zurich

bingo to raise money for Bro. Bob
Mittleheltz in India. It's being held
at the Zurich Community Centre
from 2-4p.rn

ing their Operetta"Musical Experi-
ence" on Wednesday March 1 at

Scouts camp out
The . Zurich Boy Scouts along
. with a Hensall Venturer Rob Hoff-
man spent the weekend winter
camping at Hubert Thiel's .bush,
sleeping in tents and cooking out-
doo. -
Lersaders.. who accompanied the
Scouts. were Karl Regier Sr. Mozart
Glenias Jr. and Hub Thiel.

The mystery prize worth $225.
was split four ways and the jack pot
of $1,000 was divided between
Rose Mary Rader and Zurich and
Rita Brooks of Grand Bend. The
next bingo will be on March 2.
Paper drive
The monthly paper drive will be
held this Thursday at 6:30 p.m.
Any papers you don't want will be
appreciated by the Boys Club of the
Mennonite Church.
Euchre party,
The St. Peter's C.W.L. card par-
ty (St. Joseph) had 24 players out
on Sunday night at their hall.
(Enough for six tables.)
Low -lady was Mrs. Adeline De-
nomy RR2 Zurich, low- man was
Nap Cantin, high lady, Marie Geli-
nas St., low man Phil La Porte,
and lone hands went to Bernadette
Denomy.
The door prize was donated'by -
