Matching sales with service for 27 years FIENSALL - Eric Campbell is counting on a winning combina- tion of a good product line along with an efficient service department to continue Hensall Motors reputa- tion as one of the region's most successful dealers after 27 years. "We've been selling these prod- ucts since. 1962," said Campbell, who also pointcd out many of the service -department employees have long-term service records with Ford shops. Campbell says Hensall Motors brings many customers back ,time and again because of the way they are treated in both the sales and ser- vice departments. "We also pride ourselves on sell- ing good quality used cars." said Campbell, who co-owns the dealer- ship along with his brother Alvin. For the farmer this year, Ford still offers both full-size and mid- size pickups, including the best- selling F -series. A new Ranger joins the line this year with its sleeker styling acid. what Campbell describes as an improved build quality. For four-wheel drive afficionados,' both the Bronco and Bronco II con- tinue as a successful part of the Ford lineup. While the Mercury Sable is tak- ing urban markets by storm, Campbell says the Grand Marquis is still a favourite with farmers who appreciate its full frame and comfortable ride whcn travelling unpaved back roads. A similar situation exists with Lincolns. Campbell modestly says his dealership is one of the top sellers of the luxury line in Onta- rio, but again points out that while the Continental meets with rave re- views from the automotive press, in the rural areas the larger Town Car is the bigger seller. For those with a taste for some- thing a little more sporting, Camp- bell will be stocking the restyled '89 Cougar with the supercharged engine. But again, Campbell stresses that servicing is what makes the differ- ence. He points out that newer fuel -injected cars arc more reliable than ever before and cmc with longer warranties, but are also backed up with Ford's lifetime ser- vice warranties on replacement ,iris. This means when a part is 'nixed by a Ford dealership, it is guaranteed for as long as the owner keeps the car. Service manager Bill Brock says the new warranty program is a "super package" and the public would be "crazy not to take advan- tage of it." - New and improved features Choose from five new models' Fart% Miers features hke • • Cummins engine • FreldFacts monitoring system • 4 Yr 4000 Hr warranty • Limited -slip full power front arty ..,,•.,.ele•rawr,.:.4:- i+i: ►^ 1 Proven 3 -speed power shift transmrssro 1a - • Lower list price And one of the best new features — a fist price that s 1 5•• lower than competitive tractors , •, ,.
