Strathroy Middlesex General Hospi-
tal on Thursday, February 2nd,
1989, W. Newton Hayter of Parkhill
in his 83rd year. Beloved husband of
the late Ella Ray (Statton) Hayter
(1986). Dear father of Donna (Mrs.
Ted Jones) of Exeter, N. Glen and
Margaret Hayter of Sarnia, Barbara
(Mrs. Raymond Gooding), of Lon-
don and Linda (Mrs. Richard
O'Rourke) of RR2 Dashwood. Broth-
er of Eva Leadbetter of Thedford and
Gladys McLinchey of Parkhill. Also
survived by eight grandchildren and
four great-grandchildren. Rested at
the M. Box & Son Funeral Home,
Parkhill where the complete funeral
and committal service was conducted
on Saturday, February 4 at 1:30
o'clock. Rev. Douglas MacKenzie
officiated. Cremation: Visitation Fri-
day from 7-9 p.m. Donations to the
Ontario Heart and Stroke Foundation

JESNEY - John William (Jack). At
South Huron Hospital, Exeter on Fri-
day, February 3, 1989, John W.
(Jack) Jesney, beloved htisband of
Whilhel'emine (Flynn) Jesney in his
81st year. Dear father of Alvin
Flynn of Exeter, Mrs. Lillian Kuhn
and Mrs. Charles (Phyllis) Collett,
both of Crediton; James and Leslie
Jesney, both of Huron Park. Also
surviving are 11 grandchildren, 8
great grandchildren. Survived by 3
sisters and 3 brothers in England.
Predeceased by a daughter Mrs. Betty
Lou Denonune (1966). Rested at the
T. Harry Hoffman and Sons Funeral
Home, Dashwood, where the funeral
and committal services took place
on Monday, February 6 at 2 p.m. In-
terment Crediton Cemetery. Mr. Jes-
ney served in WW ll, is a member of
the First Hussars and Exeter Legion
#167. Rev. Brian Elder officiated.

REEVES - At Strathmere Lodge,
Strathroy, on Thursday, February 2,
I989 Edna B. Reeves (Mack) former-
ly of Exeter, Ontario and Dayton,
Ohio, in her 94th year. Loved wife
of the late Wilfred L. Reeves and
dear sister of Mrs. Irene Heaman of
Hensall and Ruth Gustafson of Mani-
toba, also surviving are several niec-
es and nephews. Friends called at the
Hopper -Hockey Funeral Home, Wil-
liam Street, Exeter for visitation on
Friday evening from 7-9 p.m., where
the funeral service was held on Satur-
day, February 4, 1989 at 1 p.m. with
Rev. Sheila Macgregor officiating.

wishes we received while in Clinton
and Victoria Hospitals and since re-

nursery at Clinton Hospital for tak-
