borne & Hibbert Mutual Fire Insurance Company

Centre at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, February 13, 1989

tor's reports; to elect Directors and to transact any
business that may rightly come before the meeting.
Nominations will be received for the election of two
Directors for a three year term. The Directors whose •
term of office expires are Joseph -Chaffe and Lloyd
Morrison, both of whom are eligible for re-election.
Nominations will be received for the election of a
Director for a two year term, necessary because of
the resignation of Robert Gardiner.

The Corporation of the Village of Lucan
Proposed Zoning By -Law Amendment
TAKE NOTICE that the Municipal Council of the Corporation of
the Village of Lucan will hold a public meeting on March 7,
1989, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber, 161 Main Street in
Lucent to consider a proposed Zoning By-law amendment un-
der Section 34 of the Planning Act, 1983.
THE PROPOSED Zoning By-law amendment would affect all
the lands -in the Village and would legalize the continuing use of
existing developed lots which are reduced in size through ex-
propriation or purchase by a public agency and new uses of
such lots, where such lots no longer conform to the standards
for the applicable zone established in the By-law.
