Funeral services at the
Haskett Funeral Home,
Lucan, for the late Clint
Hodgins, a native of Clan-
deboye and part time
resident of this community,
was largely attended by
relatives and friends from
near and far.
He was the son of the late
Mr. and Mrs. Sid Hodgins.
Brother of the late Grant
Hudgins 0956) and the late
Thames Road cleric
at anniversary

Elimville Sunday.
Pastor Ross Hargreaves
took the services at Kirkton
and Woodham. Mrs.
Hargreaves accompanied
her husband.

Hargreaves.
Sunday November 4 the
regular church services will
take place. at the church
service the rite of baptism
will be administered. The
parents wishing to have their
children baptized are to get
in touch with the minister.,
The November meeting of
the United Church Women
will be held on Monday
evening November 5 at 8
p.m. The election of officers
will be brought in to this
meeting.
There were 105 ladies and
men at the Luncheon is
served supper Monday
evening in the church
basement.

evening supper guests with
Mr. and Mrs. William Roh-
de. •
Mrs. Arnold Cann returned
home from Westminster
Campus, London on the
week -end. We hope for a
speedy recovery.

Mrs. Lloyd Ballantyne. Mr.
and Mrs Donald Ballantyne
and boys. Thamesford were
Sunday guests with Mr. and

guests with Mr. and Mrs.

area attended Elimville
anniversary and spent the
day with relatives. Among
some of those were Mr. and
Mrs. Michael Elford with
Mr. and Mrs. Lorne Elford.

Haskett, Bill Herbert,
Morris Macdonald and
Hon. Earl Rowe.
Floral tributes were from
many parts of Florida,
California, New York,
Pennsylvania, Colorado,
North Carolina, Quebec and
from all over Ontario as well
as close to home. St. James
A.C.W. served lunch
following the funeral ser--
vice.

meeting on Saturday. The
topic was "In the bag and
your best foot forward".
The roll call was- Show
three different ways to tie a
scarf, include ways not
illustrated in manual. The
leader and girls talked about
purses and shoes.

funeral in Goderich on
Monday of the late Mrs.
Agnes (Calder) Battersby of
Toronto.
Sam Taylor, Swift

and Mrs. Jim Scott and other
relatives in the area.
