times, instructor fees. etc.
And we are planning on
holding a public meeting in
the very near future to find if
there is sufficientinterest in
a club.
Watch this column for the'
date of the meeting and in
the mfantime, please spread

Toronto.
Timbrell had announced
last January that due to
budget cut backs all
hospitals would have . to
comply with a guideline of
3.5 beds per thousand people
served. This meant that
South Huron Hospital would
have to reduce their number
of beds by eight. They have
44 beds.
At that time plans were
made to convert four beds to
chronic care beds, so that the
number reduced would only
be four, Hudson says.
However, now that they
have learned there will be no
reductions, Hudson says
they plan to leave everything
as it is. There are 36 active
treatment beds, and eight
chronic care beds.
