The tables were turned in the
Senior game when South Huron
defeated. Listowel 46-33 to run
their Huron -Perth record to 7-2.
Rob Bileski scored 19 points,
followed by Rob Pearen with 15
points, Mark Lomas with seven
points. Scott Hem, who played a
good game had five points and 15
rebounds.
Brent O'Brien, Ewan MacGregor
and Mark Sutherland played well for
Panthers. -
Friday, all three teams saw ac-
tion against strong teams from F.E.
Madill in Wingham.
The Midgets lost to the opposi-
tion 46-33.
The team ended the regular sea-
son with 4-6-1 for the year..
Coaches George McEwan and
Pete-Hecney were both disappointed
with the Toss and said the boys will
have to give a better team effort if
they hope to make any noise in the
playoffs Friday.
Chris Angerman played a strong
game against Madill, scoring eight
points. Jeff Kerslake also gave 100 .
percent, scoring four points.
The Juniors suffered their second
loss of the week to Madill. The op-
position outscored Panthers 32-29.
The loss ends the boys regular sea-
.4on play with a record of seven
wl-ns and four losses.

The Seniors lost to Wingham
38-36 to finish the season at 7-3.

Schwindt shuts out two
Goalie Mike Schwindt must have
felt as if he'd been there before on
Saturday when he recorded his sec-
ond shut -out in as many days.
Anchored by Schwindt, Exeter
Novice Panthers skated to identical
2-0 wins over Parkhill Jets and For-
' est B's in their closing games of the
Lambton-Middlesex season.
The scenario was exactly the same
in both matches.
Friday riight against Parkhill,
Panthers took a 1-0 lead in the first
-period on a goal by Jeff Inch. Inch
was assisted by Mike McConnell
and Jeff Mason.
Aftcr a scoreless second period,
Mason made it 2-0 in the third from
Inch.
Schwindt came up with several
excellent saves.
Saturday against Forest, it hap-
pened all over again.
Inch scored in the first period after
he picked up a pass from Mason.
No one scored in the second.
In the third, it was Mason from
Inch.
And, of course, Schwindt had an-
other shut -out.
Panthers finished with 12 points
in the Lambton-Middlesex league,
accumulating five wins, 12 losses
and two tics.
Hawks slam Mount Brydges
Exeter llawks tried to finish
their regular season schedule on
the weekend but wcrc hampered
by had weather. Lcd by Clarke
Singer who potted four goals in
the effort, hawks pulled out a.9-
6 win over Mount Brydges in
their last regular meeting but
wcrc unable to give Wellesley a
goodbye game Saturday night.
The final game against Apple-
jacks will be made up Friday
night in Wellesley, but schedules
for the Northern division
playoffs in the Western Junior D

game open in the first period

to only one goal, Hawks were
pulled out of the fire by Singer
who connected twice with Gould
to produce the final 9-6 score.
Bullets snowed under in Forest
Despitv being severely under-

Jamie Rolph, who hadn't played
goal for more than two years; was

well, allowing only four goals over
three busy periods.

Bullets mopped the ice with Park-
hill Outsiders Saturday when they
.won a 7-2 decision. They were
propped up by a hat trick from
Scott Parsons.
Rolph, glad to. bo out on the ice
again, scored Exeter's opening goal
late in the first to give his team a 1-
O Icad.
In the second, Parsons added a pair
to Bullets Icad.
Jason McBride made it 4-0 mid-
way through the third, but Parkhill
came to life with two goals from
the stick of Dan Kennes within just
over one minute of McBride's mark-
er.
Parsons potted his third of the
night with 4:33 remaining and then
Beckett closed out the game with •
a pair of goals.
