This is a new position in a growing personnel department.
The ideal candidate will have a college or university degree, and
3 years experience in a personnel department. Effective inter-
personal and commOnications skills are essential. Duties will in-
clude pay equity, affirmative action, and liaison with all employee
groups. Additional duties may include benefits, staff training,
school staffing, employee recruitment, and support in negotia-
tions. Knowledge of computer usage would be an asset.
