Landrush Inc. has requested con- sent to sever property located at 130 Thames Road East. This land severance would enable the creation of a single industrial lot having dimensions of 154 feet frontage and 350 feet in depth. The subject lands are presently vacant. Applications for Stoney Ridge Developments Inc. for three land severances and a zoning amend- ment bylaw were received for com- pany property located at 108 Sim- coe street. According to a letter from solici- tor K.I. McLean, it is the intention of the developer to create five separ- ate units with ownership fronting on Edward street for each unit with a right-of-way over the the other parking and driving area on Edward street. The zoning bylaw change is re- quested for the express purpose of allowing a new residential designa- tion to allow five dwelling units.
