Lioness liaison Lion Jim Beckett inducted a new Lioness member, that being Mary Lou Becker into the Exeter Lioness Club, who was sponsored by Lioness Linda Oliver. Charlotte Empringham, represent- ing Panasonic Microwave Cooking, gave a fantastic demonstration of fast easy cooking in a microwave. She prepared a quiche, beehive vege- table dish and an iced chocolate cake. In only minutes, all was pre- pared and the Lioness could enjoy the microwave dishes. She is a Home Ec.
