If we had one lifetime wish,
()ne dream that could come true,
We would pray to God with all our hearts,
For yesterday and you.
If teardrops were a stairway,
And memories were a lane, .
We'd walk all,the way to heaven dad,
And bring you home again.
.A thousand times we needed you,
A thousand times we. cried,
If love could have saved you, dad,
You never would have died.
But God took your hand and we had to part.
Ile eased your pain and broke our hearts.
You fell asleep without goodbye,
But memories of you shall never die.
Loved and missed so very much by wile
