The library that signs up the most new members, in proportion to the size of its community, will be awarded the framed original art for this year's library week poster designed by Carmen Dunjko Associates. The competition between libraries will be a friendly one since all libraries that hold an effective membership drive will bewinners no matter who wins the prize.
