They're looking for a Wades - a person who can handle kids and inspire them to do reasonably great things. They're also look- ing for someone who can skate. Exeter Minor Hockey is in the market for a coach who will take the helm of the organization's Midget travelling team. Mike Stewart, who led the team through a successful season last year, has stepped down from the position. Il was hoped that Paul Charrette, Tong time executive member, would fill the gap left by Stewart, but Charrette has accepted a transfer to Montreal (see story, page IA) and so the position re- mains empty. Larry Taylor, first vice president of the organization, says they're looking for a responsible individual. "Ideally, you'd like the guy to have played minor hockey," he says, noting that the candidates need not have coaching creden- tials. Various coaching levels can be obtained through the minor hockey system. "They'll get a great deal of satisfaction out of it just helping the young. I know I did".
