Braby took his text from the Gospel for the day, Matthew 10 -He delivered a memorable sermon, his last as rector of the Parish. The new rector of the Parish Rev. Deborah Carter who took the charges of Centralia and Zion West recently. Both congregations were represented at the service as well as a number of friends. A lovely' lunch was served following the service. Seniors'Meet • A larger crowd than usual of senior citizens gathered at Keegan's Inn June 22 with prizes going to Charlotte Harker. Margaret Carter, Lydia Regier, Murray Carter. Nelson , Squires and Ed Armstrong. Each prize winner received a hos 'of strawberries donated by Kay Arm- •' Strong. Mary Meikle entertained with several musical numbers on the piano during the afternoon. Next gathering will be July 6 at 2:30.
