Christian". "Faith of Our Fathers".
"Ezekiel saw the Wheel" and a ren-
dition of the Lord's Prayer which was
translated from Dutch.
The Junior Chair sang "In my
Heart there Rings a Melody" with
soloist Mindy Bell....
In place of a sermon Tim Brock and
Sharon Wurm told of their ex-
periences at the General Conference
at Sault Ste. Marie Iwo weeks ago.
The theme was springs of New bite.
Tim went as it youth delegate and
Sharon as our church delegate
The scripture reading was from
Acts 2:1-21. and Mr. Cowan spoke
briefly on the receiving of tongues.

On Monday afternoon all i►f us al
Queensway enjoyed an exciting after-
noon of friendly competition at Fun
and Games. Everyone tyro attended
had a super afternoon.
Shirley Luther conducted our Tues-
• day afternoon church service. 11 was -
a beautiful service filled with hymns.
and special messages. We'd like to
thank Mrs. Luther for coming over
and visiting wilh us. '
Wednesday morning we started our
day with exercises. followed in the
afternoon with the ladies from the
Christian Reformed ('Fiurvh coming
over and Treating several of us to a
delightful car ride. We all enjoyed
ourselves tremendously'
Thursday afternoon it was lime for
our monthly meeting of the Drawing
Club. A crealiVe-afternoon was spent
drawing our favourite summer
memories.
in the evening several of us attend-
ed the movie of the week which was
called 'Plain People". It was a
tremendous film outlining the lite of
the traditional Mennonite.
To top off our week. on Friday
afternoon we all got together for
Library Time. We went through all
the sUper books that we got at the
Hensall Library. as well as shared
some stories of our own.
