Have we changed! Our class
brought in baby pictures and we
couldn't believe we were so adorable
as babies.
Our discussion on things that hat-
ched from eggs led us to our unit on
dinosaurs. We enjoyed the trip to the
London Children's Museum, especial-
ly dressing up- as meat and plant
eating dinosaurs. We all agreed that
living in the age of dinosaurs would
be a very scary time.
. Grades one and two
On April 15 we visited the
Children's Museum in London. Grade
one went to the dinosaur, gallery
where they saw a film about
dinosaurs', looked for dinosaur bones
and dressed in dinosaur outfits. •
Grade two visited the "street where
• we live" gallery. They saw the shops
and stores. of a town and also went
down under the street.
In the afternoon we went to see a
marionette show. It was called "The
Wizard of Oz". We had an exciting
day.
We would also like to welcome
Tamara Cook to our classroom.

show us her ,slides on Russia. The
slides showed ornate theatres and
huge palaces.
We learned that the Russian people
take great pride in their history and
the arts. Everyone visits the theatre
several nights a week.
Most of the people live in flats or in
apartments, very few have private
homes. Winters are very cold in
Moscow. We would like to thank Mrs.
Ifeatherltedick for visiting our class.
