IN MEMORIAM —
BAKER — In loving memory of a dear
father and grandfather, Arthur Baker, who
passed away April 30, 1983.
He had a nature you could not help loving
And a heart that was purer than gold.
And to those who knew him and loved him,
His memory we'll always hold.
Lovingly remembered by the family.17c
BALER — Treasured memory of William
T. Baker who died, one year ago, April 27,
1986. -
The words are few,
.But mean a lot,
Just to let you know, Gramp
We haven't forgot.
Loved and missed by Marg and family.
17'
BRINTNELL — In loving memory of a
dear husband, father, grandfather, great-
grandfather. Clifford Brintnell passed
away Monday, May 2, 1983.
Time slips by but memories stay
As near and dear as yesterday.
It isn't these works, they are but few
It's the loving memories we have of you.
Always remembered by wife Mae and
family. 1'
COPPER — In loving memroy of a dear
mother, Lorraine, who passed away May
3, 1984.
As time unfolds another year
Memories keep you ever near.
Silent thoughts of times together
Hold memories that will last forever.
Always loved and remembered by Jim
and Beth. 17c
KOEHLER — In loving memory of. our
mother and grandma, Pearl Koehler, who
passed away 3 years ago, May 3, 1984.
Put your arms around her Lord
Treat her with special care
Make up for all she suffered
And all that seemed unfair.
Without good-bye, she fell asleep
With only memories for us to keep.
Sadly missed and always remembered
by her family. 17•
SCOTT — in loving memory of a dear son
"Don" who passed away April 29, 1984.
We cannot have the old days back
When we were all together.
But deep in our hearts your memory is
kept,
To love and cherish forever.
Always remembered, missed and loved
by Mom. 17'
SMALE — In loving memory of a very
special wife, mother and grandma, Jean
E. Smale, who passed away 2 years ago,
April 28, 1985.
It's not the tears at the time that are shed.
To tell of the hearts that are broken,
But the lonesome tears in the after years,
When a loved one's name is spoken.
You fell asleep without a goodbye,
But our memories of you will never die.
What i would give if I could say,
"Hello Mom" in the same old way.
To hear your voice and see your smile,
To sit with you and chat a while.
For you who have a Mom.
Cherish her with care,
For you'll never know the heartache,
Until you see her empty chair.
Too loved and too special to ever be
forgotten, by husband Howard and family.

Want drain pacts
Four owners who have property
backing onto the Ausable River north-
west of the local curling rink will be
required by the town to install proper
drainage systems to handle waste
water that presently flows onto town
property.
Acting on a recommendation from
the executive committee, council
directed that a letter be sent to
William and Sharron Steciuk requir-
ing them to properly instal a drainage
receptacle to catch overflow water
from their property.
It was also decided that agreements
be prepared to Steciuks, Chapmans,
Elders and Veri for granting permis-
sion for drainage onto town property
providing it is installed and maintain-
ed by the owners and in such a man-
ner as approved by the town.
The agreements will be similar to
one recently signed with D. Mock.
Councillor Dorothy Chapman
declared a conflict of interest on the
matter, although in giving the report,
Deputy -Reeve Lossy Fuller indicated
the Chapman have already done
