The shotgun season in Middlesex. Elgin, Oxford, Lambton and part of Huron county will be pf the same length as last year. It will be for four days from November 2 to 5, but the archery season will run from October 15 to November 1 and again from November 6 to December 31. Perth county and the west half of Kent county do not have a shotgun season for deer hunting. Bow hunters in those areas will have the same ex- tended season as in the other counties from October 15 to December 31 without the four-day break. "That means that farmers or a landowner with 50 acres or more automatically get a tag for hunting in the area where they own their land."
