Lions preparing for fishing derby
The annual fishing derby at Mor-
rison Dam Saturday, May 9.
The derby is being sponsored by the
Exeter Lions club in co-operation with
the Ausable-Bayfield Conservation
Authority.
Larry Wein. co-ordinator for the
Lions says emphasis is being put on
the derby being a fun day for kids and
special prizes will be awarded to
those youngsters catching trout which
have been tagged.
SH girls in OFSAA badminton finals
Athletic Association tournament in
Wingham and have qualified for the
all -Ontario competition in Toronto.
Two girls from South Huron
District High School will be com-
peting in the (WSAA badminton finals.
