To Mayor Bruce Shaw and the members
of the Exeter Council we would like to say
"Thank You" for the honor of receiving the
"Citizens of the Year Award for 1986" that
was presented to us at the Town's Ap-
preciation Banquet on November 4. At that
, time we were so surprised we were at a
loss for words so would like again to say
thank you. Over the past few years we
have worked with many people on commit-
tees and without their help and support we
could not have received this award. We
would like to thank our business partners
Bob and Pat Fletcher and Gord and Eileen
Ross for filling in for us while we have been
away attending other meetings. To Mayor
Bruce Shaw and Reeve Bill Mickle for all
the time they have spent on the Exeter
Villa Nursing Home Committee. To
everyone who called or sent cards of con-
gratulations we thank you. Working
together is what makes Exeter a better
place to live. 47c

IN MEMORIAM—
EARL — In loving memory of a dear hus-
band and brother, Angus Earl who passed
away 7 years ago, November 19, 1979.
Sadly missed along life's way,
Quietly remembered every day,
No longer in our lives to share,
But in our hearts he is always there.
Sadly missed and always remembered
by his wife Marzetta and sisters Gladys,
Hazel and Myrtle. ' 47*
HUMPHREYS — In Loving memory of a
dear husband, father and grandfather who
passed away ten years ago, November 14,
1976.
God looked around His garden,
And found an empty space. .
He then looked down upon this earth,
Saw your tired face.
He put His arms around you
And lifted you to rest,
God's Garden must be beautiful
• He only takes the best.
He knew that you were suffering
And He knew that you were in pain.
He knew that you might never,
Get well upon this earth again.
He saw the road was getting rough,
The hills were hard to climb,
- So He closed your weary eyelids,
And whispered "Peace Be Thine".
It broke our hearts to lose you,
But you didn't go alone,
For part of us went with you,
The day God called you home.
Lovingly remembered by wife Betty, son
and daughter-in-law Tom and Phyllis and
grandchildren Tom, Terry and Tracy.47'
KENNY — In loving memory of a dear
husband, father and grandfather Cliff who
passed away three years ago, November
25, 1983.
God looked around His garden
And found an empty space.
He then looked down upon the earth
And saw your tired face.
He put His arms around you
And lifted you to rest.
God's garden must be beautiful,
He only takes the best.
God knew that you were suffering,
He knew that you were in pain.
He knew that you would never get well
In this world again.
So He closed your weary eyelids
And whispered "Peace Be Thine."
Lovingly remembered and sadly missed
by his wife Mary, daughter Doreen, son-in-
law Charlie, son Ron, daughter-in-law
Irene, grandchildren Heather and
Charlene, Derek and Chad. - 47`
SCHENK — In loving memory of Donald
Schenk who passed away suddenly seven
years ago, November 19, 1979.
It's a day of remembrance.
Sad to recall,
Without a farewell,
He left us all.
Treasured memories keep you near
As time unfolds another year.
Always thought of and sadly missed by
Glen Neeb and family. 47c
