Hallowe'en party at
Dashwood men's club

Dashwood Men's Club held a
Hallowe'en dance October 25 with
Eureka in charge. Hats off to Melvin
Stade for a good band selection. Best
costumes; most otiginal the Crayons,
Mary Becker, John Becker, Carol
Prang, Ed Prang, Sandy Becker,
Peter Becker, Sharon Romph; best
dressed couple, Jim and Darlene
Lynn as Kermit the frog; funniest,
Jim Hoffman dressed like a baby;
best theme, Pat Masse as the devil.
Senior Citizens
Dashwood Seniors met Monday
evening with 40 members and four
visitors present. Shuffleboard and
euchre will be played January 6. Din-
ner will be catered to November 24 at
6 p.m.
Donations were made to Home
Care; Salvation Army; Children's
Services; Men's Club and Communi-
ty Centre. Meetings will be held in the
afternoon during the winter months.
Games of euchre were enjoyed.
Mr. and Mrs. Bob Reschke and
Jimmy have moved into their new
home in Dashwood.
Paul and Susan Rader, Ben and
Robin were Saturday visitors with
Mary Rader.
Personals
Murray and Anne Reid vacationed
at Frankenmuth, Michigan, then on
to,Midland and Sandford, Michigan to
look up relatives for Murray's fami-
ly tree. They stayed overnight and
had a lovely room and meals.
Mrs. Mildred Kellerman spent the
weekend at Hanover with Mr. and
Mrs. Don Derby.
John Kellerman attended the 60th
anniversary of Dr. and Mrs. Cowan.
He also attended a banquet Saturday
evening in London on the 15th an-
niversary of the handicapped action
group "Alpha" where he received an
award for originally organizing
"Alpha" in London.
