BERNIE MacLELLAN Helen Post and Bernie MacLellan were united in marriage on September 27, 1986 at Exeter Christian Reformed Church with Rev. B.H. DeJonge officiating. The bride is the daughter of Henry and Sadie Post, RR 1 Hay and John and June MacLellan, Brucefield are parents of the groom. Maid of honour was Yvonne Westerik, London and bridesmaids were Jennifer Post, Carol Ann Post and Christine Post, RR 1 Hay. The best man was Brad Forbes, Clinton and guests were ushered by Rob MacLellan, Brucefield, Ed Post, RR 1 Hay and Rick Branderhorst, Hensall. The junior bridesmaid was Sylvia Post, RR 1 Hay. I Cor 13:13 Space open for course There's still plenty of room available in the upcoming Food Fare program run through the South Huron Recreation Centre. - The course is instructed by Cen- tralia College Home Economist, Deb Campbell .and features four meals from four different countries using both the mico-wave and conventional ovens. The program runs for four weeks on Wednesday evenings, 7:30 - 9:30 p.m., starting Wednesday, November 12 at the South Huron District High School, room 224. Registrants must pre -register for the course at the Recreation Centre during office hours, weekdays from 9:00 - 5:00 p.m., prior to the start of the .program. In the case of insufficient registra- tion, the course may be cancelled. For more information on the pro- gram, or to register, please call the Recreation Centre at 235-2833. Don't delay, do it today! CREDITON 4-H By Leah Hartman The Crediton V 4-11 club's first meeting was held at their leader's house. The club is called Milk Makes It and the leaders are Diane Kaak and Connie Kaak. The five members; Darlene O'Rourke, Debbie O'Rourke, Rosanne Dietrich, Jeanette Kaak and the newest Leah Ifartmnn. After meetings we are assigned an activity to do at home. Enjoy euchre at Centralia By Mrs. TOM KOOY Centralia Visitors from out of town with Tom and 1 last week were Mr. and Mrs. Maurice Neil, Troy Michigan, Mrs. Thelma Neil, London and Mr. and Mrs. Sim Roobol of Hensall all on Tuesday and Mr. and Mrs. Hubert Cooper, Exeter, Saturday evening. On Friday evening we were guests of Mr. and Mrs. Harry • Noels, Lucan. Mr. and Mrs. Larry Cronyn, Mr. and Mrs. Mike Cronyn, Mr. and Mrs. Bill Hodge, Miss Lynn Cronyn and Michael Veri attended the IGA ban- quet at Holiday Inn in London, Satur- day. Bonnie Kooy, Sarnia spent the weekend at her home. She will remain for two weeks when she will be Teacher's Assistant at Exeter and Lucan kindergarten. EXETER 4-H The Exeter 1 4-H club held their third meeting on October 8 at Mary DeBoer's home. Members went through many ques- tion and answer pages, and read sec- tions on: Let's talk it over, Big Cheese, Cheese -making, Classifica- tion of Chesse, Processed Cheese, Cooking with Cheese, Cheesy Tips, Cheese Primer, Shop right!, Storing Cheese, Cheese tools and home activities. The girls went into the kitchen for cheese souffle made by Brenda Sanders and Paula Hohner and mini cheese cakes made by Shannon McBride and Nancy Hines.
