Later in the second quarter it was

ready to give up. They connected on
a pass which was good for a total of
68 yards. They completed the convert
and cut the lead to 16-7 going into the
second half.
In the third quarter it looked as if
the Panther defense quit. The Bobcats
hit on South Huron again when they
ran 68 yards on a sweep for six points.
They completedthe convert and were
only two points behind.
Blenheim wasn't done yet as they
scored again on a 10 yard run and
jumped in the lead 20-16.
In the fourth quarter the Bobcats
scored again on a two -yard run and
with a convert led the game 27-16.
Bill Fisher led the rushing with 10
carries for 82 yards. Sean Whiteford
had 26 yards in seven carries. With

half but faultered badly in the second.

defensive players. Martin Reymer
had eight key tackles and Scott
Heywood followed with seven. Dave
Bryson recovered a fumble as did Jon
O'Connor. He also intercepted a pass
and ran it back for 35 yards.
Comments by coach Ron Bogart:
"We quit in the second half after
domination in the first half. Poor
tackling lost us the big plays. We
shouldn't have lost to them. We had
the ability to beat them but didn't".
